2. Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing or purchasing from our store, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, and where there is a conflict relating to personal information, the Privacy Policy prevails.

 

3. Our Products & Services

• We supply HOCl cleaning and mould remediation products, accessories, and related items.

• Product descriptions, SDS documentation, and imagery are provided for guidance.

• We take care to present accurate product information, but minor variations may occur (e.g. packaging updates).

• Safety Data Sheets (SDS) accompany relevant products.

 

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are placed via Shopify.

• You must ensure your order details are correct before submitting.

• Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or other available payment methods.

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, incorrect pricing).

• If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Deliveries are made within the UK using approved couriers.

• Delivery timeframes displayed on the website are estimates only.

• Risk transfers to you at the point of delivery, but ownership transfers only once payment has been received in full.

• Please inspect deliveries and notify us of damage or missing items within 48 hours.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Your rights under UK consumer law remain fully protected.

Cooling-Off Period

• You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Return Conditions

To receive a refund, items must be:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In original packaging

• In resaleable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used chemical products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.

 

7. Product Safety & Usage

• Always follow product instructions and SDS guidance.

• Do not mix HOCl with other chemicals.

• Store in a cool, shaded environment away from heat sources.

• Non-hazardous does not mean ingestible - products are for external use only.

 

8. Accounts (Optional)

• You may create an account to manage orders.

• You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

• We may suspend an account if misuse or fraud is suspected.

 

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Shopify acts as a key processor for payments, store functionality, analytics, and marketing activities.

• Shopify may process personal information globally as described in their own privacy documentation.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content (images, text, product descriptions, branding) is owned by or licensed to MOULDCHECK LIMITED.
Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

 

11. Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profits or business

• Website interruptions or errors

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence

• Your statutory consumer rights

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
